New information session for CQPM (Joint Qualification Certificates in Metallurgy) at our Laval site.
We regularly organise information sessions for the positions of line operator and production operator. The goal is raise awareness of professions that are still little-known and that are accessible via a one-year CQPM training course. We are supported by the ‘Pôle emploi’ Job Centre, which uses a simulation-based recruitment method. At the moment, on our Laval site, there are 9 people following work-linked training with us, who are learning the profession of cable fitter.
